Hydra-Grind CG is an oil and nitrite free synthetic grinding fluid which promotes high levels of corrosion protection at low concentrations. The grinding fluid has been specially developed to reduce the extraction of cobalt into solution during operations utilising carbide tooling.

Hydra-Grind CG has been developed to overcome cobalt leaching problems experienced with tungsten carbide tooling systems, and is suitable for use on all ferrous materials, including cast irons.
