Hydra-Clean SDG10 PLUS is versatile aqueous degreaser, based on state-of-the-art technology. Hydra-Clean SDG10 PLUS has been designed to replace solvent cleaners in manual hand wash system used in Tool rooms and CNC Manufacturing Cells. SDG10 PLUS is also extremely good for Soak and Immersion Washes as used prior to conventional Phosphating and Painting applications. Hydra-Clean SRP is a highly effective water-based degreaser for cleaning heavily oiled parts such as industrial components and machinery. It can also be used for cleaning heavy soiled floors and floors contaminated with inks and paints. Hydra-Clean SRP contains no harmful solvents or caustic chemicals. It is safe for the user unlike traditional solvents cleaners/degreasers and does not contribute to VOC’s in the environment. Hydra-Clean SRP contains a corrosion inhibition system that prevents attack on aluminium, Zinc and their Alloys.

Hydra-Scale CD1 is a descaling system based on a synergistic blend of safe organic acids and sequestrants. It will safely and efficiently remove a wide range of heat scales and oxidation products from the surface of brass, copper, steel and aluminium, leaving a bright, stain-free finish. CD1 is safe for operators and, at greater than 90% biodegradable, is also safer for the environment. Its powerful cleaning action uses natural citric acid to remove scale and oxidation and leave surfaces grease, oil and grime free.

Hydra-Clean FDG2 is a specialised heavy-duty cleaner designed to remove particularly stubborn rubber deposits such as tyre marks from floor surfaces. FDG2 is safe to use on epoxy coatings and screeds. FDG2 is water rinse able and leaves no slippery residues. It contains no caustic chemicals, harmful solvents, paraffin’s or aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons. FDG2 is often used as a pre-clean on stubborn tyre marks prior to a final wash with Hydra-Clean FDG3 our general-purpose floor cleaner that is used on all types of floor applications and in a wide range of Floor Scrubber dryers.

Natural Solvent Degreaser – Available in 25kg, 200kg, 1000kgs

MOSOL NS20 Natural solvent degreaser for cleaning heavily oiled parts such as industrial components and machinery. It can also be used for removing some inks and paints. MOSOL NS20 used neat is highly effective when removing Die penetrant from parts that are subject to Magnetic Particle Inspection. Readily dissolvable in water when used with our SDG range of natural aqueous cleaners it forms a formidable two stage cleaning process that has replaced Trichloroethylene. 

MOSOL NS20 contains no harmful substance and is fully biodegradable.
