Slideway Oils – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

Astra Slideway Lubricants have been specifically developed for the lubrication of machine tool slideways and tables. They have been formulated from high quality mineral oil, performance additives and incorporate a tackifier to ensure that the lubricant adheres to the moving parts at all times. The performance additives provide outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion and wear and eliminate stick slip and judder that sometimes occurs in mechanically and hydraulically operated machine tools.

Astraslide S 68 has been specifically developed for lubrication of machine tool slideways and tables. Formulated from high quality mineral oil and the latest additive technology, it is especially suited for use on modern plastic and composite slideways in addition to those based on traditional materials. The additive system incorporated into Astraslide S 68 ensures excellent film strength, helping to prevent “pick up” and “scoring” on bearing surfaces under the most severe operating conditions, including intermittent use. 

Hydraulic Fluids – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

A range of high-quality hydraulic oils formulated with Group II base fluids, incorporating ashless additive technology and available in a variety of viscosity grades. They are rust and oxidation inhibited and will provide protection against corrosion even in the presence of seawater. Excellent anti-wear properties provide protection against wear in the most demanding of systems. The presence of effective anti-foam additives facilitates the rapid release of air and reduce sponginess in system operation. 

High Viscosity Index Hydraulic Fluids – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

Liquimatic HV Grades are a range of high viscosity index hydraulic oils, formulated from high quality minerals oils and the latest anti-wear technology. These grades utilise a shear stable polymer that ensures that the oils do not thin down during their working life. They are ideal for hydraulic systems subjected to the very extremes of operating conditions and temperatures, from frozen food stores (-20oC) to industrial hydraulic systems at elevated temperatures and off highway equipment.

A range of premium grade mineral based hydraulic oils with good anti-wear properties providing protection in the most demanding of systems. They are rust, corrosion and oxidation inhibited. Additionally, they contain an effective anti-foam additive to control foam and facilitate the rapid release of entrained air, therefore maximising hydraulic system efficiency. 

Industrial Gear Oils – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

A range of industrial gear oils, combining high quality mineral oils and extreme pressure (EP) additives, intended for use in industrial gear systems of the spur, helical and straight and spiral bevel types. Lodexol Industrial Gear Oils have high load carrying capability and ensure ‘clean’ gear performance under conditions of high temperature and oxidation. Additionally, these grades provide strong protection against wear, oxidation, foam, rust and corrosion. 

Synthetic Industrial Gear Oils – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

A range of gear oils, combining synthetic base fluids and powerful extreme pressure (EP) additives, for use in industrial gear systems. Lodexol FS Industrial Gear Oils are formulated to protect against wear, oxidation, foam, rust and corrosion. 

Industrial Machine Oils – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

The Alto range of machine oils contain anti-rust and antioxidant additives (R&O) that are blended into high quality mineral oils that possess good natural lubricating properties enhanced by modern refining techniques. They have good viscosity indices and separate from water cleanly and quickly. 

Semi Fluid Grease – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

This range of premium quality semi fluid greases have been designed for centralised lubrication systems. They are also suitable for anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load conditions and gearboxes designed to operate with a semi-fluid grease.

Multipurpose Dielectric Fluid – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

LARGO GP2 is formulated to suit spark erosion machines of all power ratings and sizes. The product is a multipurpose dielectric fluid designed to enable optimum rates of metal removal, together with low electrode wear, good surface finish and fine tolerances.

Multipurpose Dielectric Fluid – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

Tabor OK is a low odour, relatively high flash point kerosine that finds use in a variety of applications e.g. as a process oil, degreasing medium and as a dielectric fluid for spark erosion. It is also suitable as a replacement for chlorinated solvents in certain applications and may be used as a lower odour, high flash point alternative to white spirit where the evaporation rate is not critical.
