A highly bio-stable water-miscible coolant designed to give outstanding performance when machining a wide variety of materials and is particularly suited to the machining of aluminium as well as aerospace aluminium alloys. It is suitable for use on a wide range of difficult to machine materials and is a perfect choice for automotive parts production.

The unique low foam emulsifier system does not rely on traditional antifoams for foam control. The emulsion when in use produces 50% less foam compared to similar emulsion types. To be used in both soft and hard water conditions from 0ppm to 750ppm.

Hydra-Grind 250 Undyed is a Fully-Synthetic water-mix metalworking grinding concentrate which forms a true solution when diluted with water. 

Hydra-Grind 250 Undyed is a high-performance mineral oil free water-mix product, formulated especially for high-pressure grinding systems where foaming is a problem.

Soluble Carbide Grinding Fluid – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

The ultimate in machining/grinding of tungsten carbide and other ferrous materials. Hydra-Grind TCGF is developed for surface, cylindrical, double disk and centreless grinding especially of tungsten carbide. Suitable for use in both soft and hard water and for the use on a wide range of difficult materials.

Hydra-Grind TCGF has been developed to overcome cobalt leaching problems experienced with tungsten carbide tooling systems.

Neat Cutting Oil – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

Microturn CF4 is manufactured from highly refined paraffinic mineral oils making it pale coloured, virtually odourless and highly resistant to oxidation. Microturn CF4 contains very high levels of controlled release sulphur and fatty ester additives for an ultimate surface finish, extended tool life and low chip welding tendencies. It also contains special anti-mist additives for improved visibility of the work piece and healthier environmental aspects. The lower viscosity offers very low drag out losses in operation, improved penetration, fast heat dissipation from the cutting zone and excellent swarf removal rates. Microturn CF4 is suitable for heavy duty machining, deep hole boring, trepanning, broaching and high-speed gear generation on mild, medium and high tensile steels including stainless, and on non-ferrous materials. Microturn CF4 will not stain yellow metals.

Neat Cutting Oil – Available in 25L, 205L, 1000L

Microturn CF 30 is a light-coloured neat cutting oil used for arduous machining operations on high tensile steels. Microturn CF 30 is manufactured from highly refined paraffinic mineral oils combined with high levels of light-coloured controlled release sulphurised esters and corrosion inhibitors. Microturn CF 30 is suitable for the majority of most heavy-duty machining operations, including gear cutting, and thread rolling. It may also be used for deep drawing and cold heading. Microturn CF 30 is in a class of its own when used on difficult form tool work. Microturn CF 30 is suitable for use with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Antifoam is a high-performance silicone free Polysiloxane based antifoam for use in watermix metalworking fluids, with high activity for use at very low concentrations and optimised for stability in fluid concentrates. Suitable for water-based metalworking fluids including conventional emulsions, semi synthetic emulsions and synthetic solutions.
